Marketing & Sales Executive (Vadodara)
Job Position: Marketing and Sales Executive
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 2 to 10 years
Industry: Electrical (Residential, Commercial, and Industrial)
Key Responsibilities:
Visit local electrical shops, distributors, and hardware markets to promote and sell our earthing rods and related products
Build strong business relationships with electricians, contractors, and shop owners
Explain product benefits and provide technical information where needed
Generate leads and convert them into sales through regular follow-ups
Identify potential markets and expand customer base within the city and nearby areas
Collect customer feedback and provide input for product improvement and marketing strategy
Educational Qualification:
ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical field
Candidates with relevant field sales experience in electrical products is highly preferred
Salary & Incentives:
Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)
Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on sales performance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Good knowledge of electrical materials used in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Familiarity with local electrical markets and shops in and around Vadodara
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to travel locally
